Are you looking for a wedding venue that includes a large pond, beautiful mountains, wide grassy fields, and a beautiful log pavilion? Look no further. Pacifica is a non-profit venue that hosts everything from weddings to nature classes to horse back riding. Sitting on 500 acres, this property allows the nature lover in you to fulfill your wedding day dreams. Plus, every penny you spend with this venue helps support the nature classes that they offer for all ages on the property. Not to mention the staff you meet there are possibly the nicest people you’ve ever met.

Pacifica offers a large range of options for your big day as well. Their VIP package (The Applegate Package) starts at $7500 and includes everything you could possibly need. You get to choose where you would like the ceremony (with options including The Pond House, The Great Hall, The Wedding Garden, Lee Price Pavilion, or the Heron Pond Deck), access to all of the facilities, three nights of lodging in the Pond House and use of all of their RV sites for your guests, plus table and chair rentals. This package really includes everything you need for setup and lodging. You basically just have to bring the food, drink, and yourself!

The Garden

The Great Hall

The Pond House

Their next package (Williams Creek Package) includes The Garden or Pavilion and the Great Hall for the ceremony during the weekends. It includes all of the chairs and tables as before, the beautiful arch shown above, on-site parking, and access to the event area from 9am to 11pm - all for only $5000. Not getting married on the weekend? You can get everything above for Monday through Thursday for a discounted price of $4000 (Powell Creek Package.) And honestly, I kind of love a mid-week wedding. Something low key and fun but not so crazy that it takes a whole day to recover!

But what if you want something a little more intimate? Again, this amazing venue has you covered! Rent the Pond House. This beautiful two story home boasts 4 rooms, 8 beds, two living rooms, a full kitchen and two dining areas, and a wrap around deck right on the pond. This package includes a two night stay with the ceremony setup right in the back yard or using the Heron Pond Dock - perfect for a guest count of 20 to 50 people. Then the house is there for overnight stay, as well as additional lodging for RVs (for an additional price.)

The home is truly stunning. The property was once a working lumber farm and this house still has its original wooden structure. Throughout the living rooms, you have these giant windows and vaulted ceilings that really showcase the property and the wooden structure. This house feels homey and warm the second you walk in. It’s the perfect place to hang out with your loved ones after marrying your person.

Like I said, this venue really has it all. Is there a package that seems like it will fit you perfectly, but you need just a little more? Well, they offer add-ons too!

Need chairs? No additional cost for 100 foldable chairs.

Want pretty white padded ones instead? Up to 100 are available for $2 per chair.

Need tables? No additional cost for 20 rectangular tables.

Want some patio heaters for the cooler evenings? They offer two for $55 each.

Need a separate area for getting ready? Rent the Steve Miller Apartment for $375 a day.

They also offer a ton of different options for lodging. Since this venue is located about 20 minutes away from Grants Pass, it’s always a good idea to have a place to stay for your guests. Obviously, the Pond House is a wonderful choice and can sleep 16 guests. Then there are two glamping tents available for $65 a night (note: there is no running water or electricity for these tents, but these amenities are found within walking distance.) They also have RV sites starting at $30 a night for dry camping, $40 for water and electricity, and $50 for full hookups, and tent camping starting at $15 a night.

Worried that your guests will need something to do while you are getting ready? There are horse trails throughout the property that allow for hiking, the beautiful pond can be fished (catch and release only,) and of course they are close to Grants Pass with their shops, breweries, and entertainment.
